Our "Free" campsite at The Lake Ellendale
Our last real coffee for a while at Roebuck Bay( Broome)
Packed up and waited to hear from the repairer that the shockies had arrived. Fingers crossed.....we had been disappointed many times before so were just a little apprehensive. Stocked up on groceries, fuel and .............coffee......had a lovely latte and scone (freshly baked) at a cute little cafe overlooking Roebuck Bay. The shockies were here and a couple of hours later we were.......... on the road again!!! Sounds like a song I have heard before...anyway we decided on a free camp spot about 95km west of Fitzroy Crossing on a Lake and part of a station called Ellendale. It was lovely even though there were quite a few other campers and vans but it was spread out so didn’t seem crowded.
