Coffin Bay....Glorious one day...even better the next!!

Some beautiful wildflowers in the sand dunes The expert oyster opener!
Day 29

Another glorious morning. After brekkie we decide to walk to the lookout, about 1 hour walk. Views over the bay and beyond were lovely although there is a bit of dust haze in the distant farm cropping country. There are only a couple of shops in town but I come across a hairdresser and am able to get some much needed maintenance to my hair or as Alan would say I needed to go to the panel beaters!! Call it what you like but I felt 100% after that and I even found a great coffee shop next door. Close to bliss!! On recommendation from the locals, we go directly to one of the huge oyster sheds and buy some fresh oysters for lunch. The workers are quite happy for a bit of beer money and didn’t mind selling us a couple dozen and showing us the best technique of opening them. Alan does an expert job and after tasting them I think we have found THE best oysters in OZ....but we will keep testing just in case.........In the afternoon we cycle to a little beach nearby for a swim and dinner back at the Yacht Club and another delicious fish meal with amazing view of the sunset on this lovely bay.
