Sunset at Quandong Point
The road to Cape Leveque

Cillin out on Chilli Beach

Day 100
Still windy so we decided to pack up and head south. We have read about a place called Quandong Point which is about 50km north of Broome. On the way we call in to Beagle Bay which has a lovely church and alter made of shells. It is really beautiful and hope the photos do it justice. It’s a sandy rough track into Quandong Point and each nice spot overlooking the ocean seems to be taken until we stumble across a clearing which is a little overrun with grass but we think we can fit our little setup in there perfectly. It is very close to the beach and I think it’s the best spot so far.......I know I have said that before but really you only have to look at the picture to see how lovely this one is!!!!! We enjoy a swim and a relax on the beach.....and a little drive to the point, where we witness a truly magnificent sunset....I know I’ve said that before too but you just can’t get enough of these western sunsets over the Indian Ocean!!!
